FEAST ON THESE WORDS

At the baptism of Jesus, John sees the Holy Spirit descending upon Jesus and declares Him to be “the Lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world”. The Father filled with joy thunders “You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased.” It is no coincidence that Jesus was filled with the Holy Spirit as the Father spoke His love and acceptance over Him.
Fast forward 40 days and Jesus is fasting in the wilderness and the devil shows up with these words “If You are the Son of God”. He was testing the very words that the Father had just spoken over the Son. As the devil often does to us he leaves off one important fact, that we are “the beloved of God”. Jesus answered him, saying, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.” Jesus had been feeding on the word that He was loved and accepted of God.
As you prepare for the Holiday season I encourage you to feast on these words “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you. (Jeremiah 31:3)
ISRAEL MANDATE

Our 4th annual Israel Mandate conference was held at IHOP Jax and carried a heavy anointing. Wes Hall the Provost of IHOP University in KC spoke on Friday and Saturday nights and said that Gods faithfulness to Israel was a sign and wonder that proves His faithfulness to us. Kelanie and Amy led worship and we had a powerful ministry time both nights. The IHOP Jax Israel Mandate team prayed for The peace of Jerusalem and the salvation of Israel and Katherine Eibel spoke on Saturday about the covenant God has with Israel and the Jewish people. About 100 people attended the conference!
